  • Carried out studies in explosive cutting and contributed to a study on the removal of large offshore platforms in the GOM for the US State Department, Mineral Management Services (MMS) in the USA

  • Reply to MMS & Federal Judge Queries on the 2007 Hogan & Houchin Decommissioning Plan for Pacific Operators Offshore, LLC, June 2009

  • Indonesian Government (Migas) (Workshop/Presentation to combined Indonesian parliament and training courses)

  • In house Decommissioning training courses for Japanese Government (Japan National Oil Corporation) (Wrote two books on decommissioning and co-authored a third book on decommissioning and training/presentations)
